Both the POP3 (Post Office
Protocol) and SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) addresses
are: mail.yourdomain.com.
(where yourdomain is your personal domain name).
Your user name is email_name%yourdomain.com and the
password will have been emailed to the owner of the
domain. Your email address will be email_name@yourdomain.com. |

address is ftp.yourdomain.com. (where

No Spamming, and basically
no abuse of the system. |

are my monthly bandwidth limitations?
This is dependent on which
account you signed up for. See your ecommerce or host
page for the exact number. For background A starter
account is limited to 50Mg bytes a month (that's 51,200
bytes a month!). We give you enough bandwidth and various
plans to ensure that you have enough so that you can
do exactly what you want (experience has shown that
accounts will not even approach their limit).
Beware of other web hosts
that tout unlimited bandwidth, this is not technically
(or economically) feasible.
They are just counting on the fact that most web accounts
do not even approach the bandwidth limits we have prescribed
for our accounts. |
